Dear Diary,

It’s been a minute. I finally found some time to write, but not too much since I plan to do some shopping later. So to catch up, I’ll start from when I went into isolation.

It only took me 3 months to learn control (I beat Mom’s record hehe). I could have stopped there, but I decided to use the rest of the time training. I inherited all of Mom’s powers, which is rare, plus some of Gaia’s. I got so much stronger.

On my last day, I met Victoria and Celeste, Selene’s daughter. They filled me in on some details that I don’t think I wanted to know about the prophecy and everything else. They were the Queens of vampires and wolves, but they were trapped as punishment. Victoria for creating Markus, the King and ‘father’ vampire. And Celeste for helping Victoria afterwards.

Before leaving, Victoria blessed me and now I have so many powers. I don’t know why I need so many, was the prophecy really that intense? I could control all the elements thanks to Gaia. Thanks to Mom, I could use enchantment, recollection and persuasion. I can use telekinesis, though I don’t know who gave me that blessing. I can hide in the shadows by completely concealing my presence, which I think is my own vampire ability. And Victoria gave me control, immunity, immortality and strength equal to hers.

Being the chosen one didn’t seem that bad when I have so much power. Bu t then Celeste said I had to choose a mate. She should know I already have James. She seemed to know everything else about me. I haven’t told James that part yet. Well, I haven’t told him about my new powers or what Celeste said. But I did tell him about everything else Victoria told me.

Even without telling him or anyone about my new powers, everyone could feel the difference in me. I am powerful.

When I got back, they threw me a welcome home party. Everyone got me presents, that were useful in one way or another. The next day, I met James’s family. His sister, Lee, was amazing. James doesn’t seem that close to his family, aside from Lee, and I wonder why. His brother, Kevin didn’t seem that bad. Stoic? Yes. But he seemed sensible. His parents, seemed thrilled that he finally found his mate. I guess I’ll learn more about his family as time goes on. Especially since he told me to warn him if they made me uncomfortable.

Alpha Black was there, as was Devyn and his mate, Casey. Alpha Black insisted I called him David from now on, which will take some getting used it. Casey caused a scene, as always. She was my biggest tormentor growing up, and she almost told everyone I was a hybrid.

I don’t want to go too deep into the details, because honestly, I don’t care anymore. Plus, its time to go shopping now.

Until next time,

XOXO

Dear Diary, Yesterday I was so upset about being grounded that I forgot to tell you about what else happened after the party. Before my parents found out about all the secrets I’d been keeping from them- including the Forbidden Woods- I went with them to the scene to find out what happened and I…

Dear Amelia, If you want to thank anyone for pushing me into a relationship with Devyn, don’t thank Jordan. Thank your brother. When we finally made it back home from Mexico, Devyn and I took Tristan out for ice cream. Do you know what your brother did when we got there? He asked Devyn to…

Dear Diary, My dad invited his whole family to my graduation, and no one showed. I can’t say I’m surprised, though. I tried to tell him that it was pointless inviting them, since they hate me, but he refused to believe me. Even when no one showed. My second graduation was just the same. The…

Dear Amelia, It took me a while to write this, because this is where things become hard. So much happened so fast and I just don’t know how to slow it down. I won’t give you all the details. You are old enough to fill in the blanks of what I left out. Truthfully, though,…

Spencer, You were my one and only daughter. The things you taught me about life and fatherhood will forever be the best thing I’ve learned in life. And I know right now you probably hate me for what I’ve done. But I’m sure one day, you’ll understand, though I sincerely hope you won’t. The choices…

Dear Diary, I don’t know if this is some sick joke or if the world isn’t as gray as I thought it was. But something is off. Yesterday, my parents dropped me off at the airport where I met the most handsome man the Goddess ever created. His skin was so smooth and unflawed. His…
