Dear Diary,

it’s been a couple of months, but tomorrow is my birthday, so we took a half day of training.

Where do I start? Everyone had been trying so hard to earn my trust back, and I appreciate it. I see their effort and fully forgave them all. I just didn’t say it out loud, because finally, no one is hiding anything from me.

We trained everyday in the Forbidden woods with all the hybrids. Even Jacob joined sometimes. My parents are in charge of training, since they are the best known warriors. Victoria and Celeste helped me learn how to use the powers that I was blessed with. I even learned how to use them in wolf form.

Since a hit was put out on me, Stella, Farrah and Josie all put protection barriers around James and my home to keep us safe. Jordan still hasn’t figured out who placed the bounty, but he and David have both been working on finding out. We’ve also started searching for more hybrids and bringing them to the Forbidden Woods.

I’m going to keep this short because I need to meet with Stella and Jordan. Well, I don’t need to. I want to. Otherwise, I’d be bored. James had a few things to finish up at work and I had no idea how long that would take. But when he was gone, we’d be heading out to celebrate my birthday.

I’m so excited!

XOXO

Dear Amelia, Don’t judge me on my last letter. Remember how much you cried on your 50th? You were acting like a brat because Tristan forgot your cake. You were twice the age I was at the time, and you still got your cake. Well, at least now you know where you get your little…

Dear Amelia, After the meeting ended, Devyn and Jordan made up. It was nice watching it in real life. You know how those two can be. They’re only soft with their girls. Before they left me to translate the book, Stella showed up. She said she found the fae working with Colton. Finally, we had…

Dear Amelia, Everyone copes with loss in their own way. Some were stronger than others. I wasn’t. I wasn’t strong at all. I hid from the world. I didn’t eat, sleep, talk or see anyone. I was depressed to say the least. James’s funeral made everything real. And I couldn’t bear the pain of it….

Dear Amelia, This isn’t the beginning of our story, but it is the start. As I’ve said before, Devyn was the only person who didn’t bully me growing up. He was my first friend- though our friendship kind of ended by the time we were old enough to start school. Anyway, while I was wallowing…

Dear Amelia, After getting home from Mexico and treating Tristan to ice cream, we had a meeting with Farrah to catch her up to speed. I asked her to be my beta, and she agreed. And then we talked about Colton. Farrah suggested that Colton was using Jordan to weaken me. It made sense. No…

Dear Amelia, You’re a mother yourself, so I’m sure your reaction was the same as mine when I heard that. There was no way I was bringing a six year old into this. I refused. I don’t care how much she learned about magic, it was too dangerous. And I knew Tristan wouldn’t let her…
